Overview
Transit Labs delivers innovative analytics and technology solutions through its SaaS platform, enabling transit authorities to manage data efficiently and comply with federal funding requirements. As the Creative Director, I led the design and branding of the Transportation Application Platform (TAP), transforming how transit agencies handle data reporting and validation while streamlining processes to secure timely funding approvals.
Contributions
I established a cohesive brand for Transit Labs while executing standard operating procedures. My focus on user-centric interface design for TAP ensured intuitive navigation and accessibility for complex datasets. Through iterative prototyping and user testing, I refined the platform’s functionality.
Additionally, I streamlined internal workflows to enhance collaboration and conducted copywriting sessions for consistent messaging. By addressing challenges in data validation, I implemented real-time systems that improved efficiency and reduced errors, leading to positive feedback from users across multiple transit agencies.
